From techniques to attendees "First Class" was uttered from the lips of many after this year's intensive 2007 International Hapkido Seminar Hosted by Grandmaster Billy Lee Burchett and the Hapkido Brothers Academy brothers and sisters.  The seminar was a great success, spoken by many.

Held in Orlando, Florida the Hapkido Brothers Academy welcomed local and international Hapkidoists from around the world.  Featured in this seminar was Grandmaster In Sun Seo, 10th Dan, President/Chairman of the World Ki-Do Federation, Hanminjok Hapkido Association. He shared his knowledge, skills, and expertise of martial arts.  His demonstrations of advanced techniques included joint locks, strikes, pressure points, immobilizations, cane techniques, and more.

When first observing Grandmaster In Sun Seo demonstrating techniques, it could be overwhelming.  Everything is fast and it seems as though the techniques are over before they even begin.  His technique is so refined and his movements so fluid that everything works together.  It's true poetry in motion.  Through Grandmaster In Sun Seo's intense instruction every participant was guaranteed to learn something new.  The Grandmaster truly embodies "the way of coordinated power."

Contributing to the grandeur of the seminar several Grandmasters and Masters were also in attendance:  Grandmaster Serge Baubil, 9th Dan from Canada, Grandmaster James McMurray, 8th Dan from Texas, Grandmaster George Petrotta, 8th Dan from North Carolina, Master Gary Keller, 7th Dan from Illinois, and Master John Murphy, 6th Dan from Dallas. Just to mention a few.  Attendees came from as close as Tampa, FL and as far as Panama to take part in the seminar.  Many of these Hapkidoists have devoted 40+ years to their martial arts careers and each are a true inspiration to fellow martial artists.

Hapkidoists all around the world would like to give a special thanks to Grandmaster In Sun Seo, Master Steve Seo, and Master John Pak for their dedication to martial arts.  It was an honor to have the experience of working out and getting to know so many gifted Hapkidoists. Each participant can be credited to the success of this Hapkido Seminar.  Together we "Hapkido Warriors" can accomplish anything.
